| GREENOCK PREMISES Our state of the art veterinary surgery at Greenock has recently finished construction and opened in February 2003. It allows substantially more space and better facilities than before, containing numerous consulting rooms, two operating theatres, X-ray suite, laboratory facilities, extensive hospitalisation facilities, large animal and equine procedure facilities, comfortable and spacious client waiting area, and of course dedicated off street client parking Laboratory facilities include blood biochemistry analysers, microscopy, and urine analysis for rapid, while you wait, diagnosis. The reception area will comfortably seat up to 20 people and the pharmacy allows much larger stocks of prescription foods and medicines than normal ensuring good avaliablility when you need it.
The four consulting rooms are well equipped and all patient records are computerised. Both operating theatres are new with modern surgical equipment and anaesthetic apparatus. A large non surgical patient recovery and minor procedure area is immediately adjacent to both operating theatres as is the X-ray and diagnostic imaging room.
Indoor hospitalisation wards with integral indoor runs are heated to improve patient comfort. We also have separate dedicated cat wards.
Of course none of this would be any use without our appreciative patients or hard working staff.
