Emergencies

If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.

If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call us on 0141 8874111 (Paisley) or 01475 721155 (Greenock).

Your call will be answered by one of our reception team, who will advise you on how to proceed and arrange for an on-call vet to call you. We will also ensure you are kept updated on the estimated costs throughout the process.

One of our vets will then call you and arrange when and where to meet you (typically your usual branch).

Please note that as we are not a veterinary hospital, we don’t have veterinary surgeons onsite at all hours.

Registered veterinary nurses are present from 7.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm on Saturdays and 9am to 3pm Sunday. 

Our on-call vets move between our practices as required.
